1. SELECT YOUR ITEMS
Find a product of interest, simply select your preferred colour and size, then click the “Add to Cart” button. All the items you have chosen will be showcased in your “cart” located on the top right hand side of your screen.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you see an item of interest online that is “Out Of Stock” feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We may be able to locate the item at a physical location and have it sent to you.
REVIEW YOUR CART
Please ensure that the items, sizes, colours and quantities are correct. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, you can remove an item in the cart by clicking the “X”.
Once all items are correct, click “Proceed to checkout”.
2. CHECKING OUT + PLACING YOUR ORDER
To process your order, you must register as an OAK+FORT member.
OAK + FORT MEMBER CHECKOUT
Becoming an OAK + FORT member means only having to save your information once. OAK + FORT members have the option of simply selecting past billing and shipping addresses associated with their account. If you wish to change any information, simply click the “Edit” button and make any necessary changes.
A shipping method will be automatically assigned to your order based on dollar value and shipping country. All North American orders valued over $150 will receive FREE SHIPPING. (See more about shipping here )
Select a payment method (Credit, PayPal or Gift Card) and enter all payment information. Select continue to proceed.
PLACING AN ORDER
Review your order for a final time. If everything is correct, click “Place Order”. If you would like to change an item in your cart, you can click “Edit Your Cart” and make the correct changes.
Once you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This will showcase all the details you need to know; your order number, complete order details and shipping address.
3. ORDER TRACKING + ADJUSTMENTS
Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address, and that you have access to it. This is where your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to.
ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR ORDER
We are more than happy to make any changes to your order, if you e-mail email@example.com. Most "Processed" orders can be adjusted—however, orders that have already been "Shipped" cannot be adjusted.
We will gladly accept exchanges on all full-priced items within 10 days of received purchase. Once an order’s status is “Complete” and payment is received we will e-mail you a tracking number for your shipment.
CANCELATION OF ORDERS
You can cancel your order by contacting us right away via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and use the subject line: “EXCHANGE/CREDIT INQUIRY”.
If the order has been “Processed” we will do our best to make any changes to your order, however if it has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved.
OAK+FORT does not offer any refunds for cancelled orders. With that being said, we’re more than happy to issue you a store credit that will never expire OR exchange an item in your order.
OAK+FORT's online inventory is kept as up-to-date as possible. However, in the un-likely event that the stock availability of an item in your order has changed, or if an item in your order is sold out and no longer available, we will inform you via e-mail to discuss the status of your order and make any adjustments as needed.
