Return Policy

NOT QUITE WHAT YOU HAD IN MIND, WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP

TO QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND/CREDIT ITEM(S) MUST BE:

1. In Original Condition

Merchandise must be regular price, unworn, undamaged and with the original tags still attached. Original receipt/Proof of purchase is also required. All discounted price items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit in-store or online.

2. Within the Exchange/Refund Period

All items purchased in-stores are exchangeable up to 21 days after purchase. All online refunds must be within 21 days from the date you received your merchandise (according to the tracking number).

3. Approved by Customer Care

Online exchanges/refunds must be approved by our customer care team. Please address all return inquiries to customercare@oakandfort.com within the exchange/return period of 21 days.

In your e-mail please provide; your order number, the original purchaser’s full name, reason for refund/credit, and the item(s) you wish to return/credit.

*If a customer fails to contact customer care before shipping their items, Oak and Fort Corp. reserves the right to deny said package(s). Customers who send back merchandise not approved by customer care or fall outside of the 21 day period are required to pay for the shipping cost associated with having the merchandise sent back to them.

BEAUTY EXCHANGE POLICY

Beauty products (excluding Nail Lacquer) purchased online may be refunded if they are: in original condition, requested within 21 days from delivery date and approved by Customer Care.

For monetary refund, beauty must be sent back through our e-commerce channels as instructed by Customer Care.

For store credit or exchange, beauty can be returned at select OAK+FORT locations (Gastown, Soho and Toronto Eaton Centre).

ALL JEWELRY, INTIMATES (BODYSUITS, UNDERWEAR, SOCKS, HEADWEAR AND SWIMWEAR), NAIL LACQUER, GIFT CARDS AND SALE ITEMS (INCLUDING ITEMS PURCHASED DURING PROMOTIONAL EVENTS) ARE FINAL SALE. Please note that OAK + FORT does not issue any price adjustments.

*Customers are required to cover shipping costs for any refunds or credits.

When the product has been shipped back & received at Oak + Fort's office, a credit code for the Online store will be issued to you via email. Head back to our Online store, and start shopping! Apply your credit at check out to your new order.


If you are returning an item your refund will be credited, excluding the shipping fees, to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Bring your receipt and the item(s) you wish to exchange—or receive credit for—to the USA OAK + FORT location of your choice. Please note refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail, and cannot be processed in store.


Once your exchange has been approved at the US location, a store gift card will be given to you. Our gift cards never expire and can be used at any US Oak + Fort location.


*Store credit can only be honoured if you have your store gift card. Please treat your card like cash. OAK + FORT will not replace any lost/stolen store gift cards.

U.S.A In-STORE PURCHASES: RECEIVING A CREDIT OR AN EXCHANGE

Bring your receipt and the item(s) you wish to exchange—or receive credit for—to any US OAK + FORT location. Store credits/gift cards are valid for use at any location within the country of issuance.


Once your exchange has been approved, a store gift card will be issued. Our store gift card never expires and can be used anytime. Gift cards issued at a store location are not valid for use on www.oakandfort.com


*Please treat your card like cash. OAK+FORT will not replace any lost/stolen store gift cards.


If you have chosen to exchange your item for another item in-store, you will either have to pay the difference, or you will be issued a credit for the difference.



HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

Regular and discounted holiday gifts in original condition may be exchanged for another item or credit with a valid gift receipt until January 4, 2019. No exchanges or store credits will be issued on November 23 & December 26, 2019. As per our regular policy, all intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks and swimwear) and jewelry are FINAL SALE.


OAK+FORT will happily provide an exchange or credit for purchases made within 21 days for products unworn, unaltered, with receipt and original tags attached.


Any item(s) purchased at OAK+FORT can only be exchanged at OAK+FORT within the same country of purchase.


Store credits and gift cards do not expire and may be used at any OAK+FORT location or online within the country of issuance. We will not replace any lost or stolen gift cards.
