WHAT CAN I RETURN?
Items in their original condition (with tags attached) are eligible for return. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), nail lacquers, gift cards and sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are considered final sale. Please note that OAK + FORT does not issue any price adjustments. OAK + FORT does not currently offer returns on any international orders (outside of Canada & USA).
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
In Store Purchase:
Please bring your original receipt and items within 21 days of purchase to your local OAK + FORT store location and they’ll gladly provide you with a store credit or exchange for your eligible items.
Please email email@example.com within 21 business days of receiving your merchandise (based off the date of delivery attached to your tracking number) with your order number, a list of the items you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Once Customer Care receives your request they’ll email you back with the next steps. Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.
