SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Status

Once we've processed your order and its status is "Complete", we will send you a tracking number to the email address provided on your order. If for some reason you don't receive this notification, please check your spam folder before contacting customercare@oakandfort.com.


Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following week. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. OAK + FORT is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.


Please note: OAK + FORT does not send to P.O. boxes at this time. All orders are subject to a signature upon delivery. If you wish you send your order to a P.O. box, please contact our customer care team to confirm your order at customercare@oakandfort.com. or toll free within the USA: 1-844-OAK-FORT (1-844-625-3678).


It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor it's status.


United States Orders

OAK + FORT only ships domestically within the Continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii using Fedex. At this time we do not ship to Territories of the US.

Orders under $150 = $9.50 Shipping Rate


Orders that subtotal (after discounts & promotions) $150 and over = FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Express Parcel (1-5 Business Days)


United States Deliveries

If no one is at the shipping address, at the time of delivery to receive the package, it will be held at a FedEx depot for up to 5 business days. You have 2 options: pick it up at the depot or call the courier and arrange for re-delivery if necessary. If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to OAK + FORT’s Warehouse, and an additional shipping fee will be charged to send the order back out.
