Once we've processed your order and its status is "Complete", we will send you a tracking number to the email address provided on your order. If for some reason you don't receive this notification, please check your spam folder before contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following week. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. OAK + FORT is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.
Please note: OAK + FORT does not send to P.O. boxes at this time. All orders are subject to a signature upon delivery. United States Orders
OAK + FORT only ships domestically within the Continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii using Fedex. At this time we do not ship to Territories of the US.

Orders under $150 = $9.50 Shipping Rate
Orders that subtotal (after discounts & promotions) $150 and over = FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic Shipments = 1-3 business days
Fulfillment times may vary relative to order volume. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
United States Deliveries
If no one is at the shipping address, at the time of delivery to receive the package, it will be held at a FedEx depot for up to 5 business days. You have 2 options: pick it up at the depot or call the courier and arrange for re-delivery if necessary. If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to OAK + FORT’s Warehouse, and an additional shipping fee will be charged to send the order back out.
